  1. I recommend you to check out www.bulknutrients.com.au, an Australia company. Prices are cheaper than products from the states sold here in Australia, the protein is "pure" and not blended like most branded proteins and that you're supporting the Australian economy :P

  3. Hi, where do you purchase your ON Gold Standard from?

  4. Shiwen, there are a couple of places.

    Vitamin King
    Mr Vitamins
    Powerhouse

They usually mark the price at $150 but always ask for a discount.

  6. Shiwen, GNC is very expensive! Try these other stores for supplements. They give much better discounts and generally have a wider range of products.

  7. I'm actually in Melbourne. I think vitamin king doesn't have any stores here. But Mr vitamins has on gold standard 5lb for 84 dollars, hopefully the shipping isn't too pricy. I couldn't find a website for powerhouse.

  8. When using the Ab flex belt the pads need to be lubricated which serve as a medium for conducting current and this was initially used for treating various medical conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis and sports injuries. This Ab belt has become very popular and is now being used for therapeutic, aesthetic and training.
